General description of the offer
La Boite a Timbres proposes on its web site a selection of postage stamps and other philatelic objects from France and other parts of the world, mint or post-marked.
Orders received on the site laboiteatimbres.fr are confirmed by e-mail or, failing this, by post.
The delivery is made by land-mail, by registered post, within a maximum of 30 days from the day following receipt of the order.
Geographic zone
Transactions are automatically accepted at the sale price plus the forwarding charges. Forwarding charges are calculated on a standard basis depending on the value of the basket and the geographic zone of the destination.
Method of payment
Payments are accepted exclusively by Paypal.

Cancellation rights
The purchaser has the right to renounce the sale without prejudice during a period of 7 days. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 30 days of notice of renouncement and return of the goods.

In the case of problems of delivery, damage to the goods or other claims, the purchaser may contact LA Boite a Timbres:

In the case of non-delivery within the maximum time-period indicated, LA Boite a Timbres will either re-dispatch identical goods or reimburse if identical goods are not available.
In the event of dispute, the sole competent authorities will be the French Courts in the jurisdiction of the supplier.
